A woman goes to Canada to visit relatives who take her to the Indian Reservation.

There she sees an Indian Chief with a sign next to him stating; "The best memory in the world."

She decides to test him. and greets him in the usual way.

What did you have for breakfast on May 5th, 2001? He replies, "Two eggs."

She goes off wondering whether he was genuine. So, five years later, she visits her relatives again and goes to the Reservation.

She greets the Indian Chief with the usual "HOW!"

He says, "FRIED!"

This is one of my old, old, old jokes but my version was fish not eggs and the man who was touring Canada hired a indian guide who he met 5 years later.
