It's back! Don't miss the return of this ‘all-time favourite’ McDonald’s menu item!

Ah, the sweet nostalgia of biting into a delicious McFeast burger from McDonald's – every twist and turn, every layer perfectly balanced, a true symphony of flavours. For many Aussies, it's an all-time favourite!

So, you can imagine the collective heartbreak of the public when the beloved McFeast vanished from the menu.

But chin up, fellow burger lovers! It seems that Macca’s fans’ cries to bring back the iconic menu item have been heard.

McDonald's Australia announced on May 31st that the much-missed McFeast is making a triumphant return to participating restaurants nationwide for a limited time only – and if we’re being honest, it's been far too long since everyone’s last enjoyed this mouth-watering classic.

Upon its announcement, there was a palpable outpouring of excitement and relief on social media.

The McFeast was last offered in June 2021.

At the time, many Macca’s fans left comments like, ‘It's the only burger I really like from McDonald's’ and ‘McFeast - best Macca's burger, still super upset they took it off the menu’ on social media, sharing their frustration that the offer was ending its run.

The McFeast is an expertly crafted fast food meal featuring a 100 per cent Aussie-made beef patty, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, cheese, onions and pickles – all topped with a delectable trio of sauces (mustard, tomato sauce, and the iconic McChicken sauce) and served on a sesame seed bun. It truly is a masterpiece of fast-food engineering.

But wait, there's more! Not only is McDonald's bringing back our beloved McFeast, but they're also offering it as part of a $5.95 meal deal.

That's right, for a limited time, you can treat yourself to a McFeast, small fries, and small drinks all in one convenient and delicious package.

This amazing deal will be available daily between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm via the MyMacca's app, so just when your stomach starts rumbling for a lunchtime treat, you know what to do.

In a statement to reporters, Tobi Fukushima, National Marketing Manager for McDonald's Australia, said: ‘You asked a lot - and so we've listened. The McFeast is back!’

‘Combining high-quality ingredients with iconic flavour combinations, the McFeast is one of our tastiest burgers of all time. It's not here for long, so head to your local Macca's or the MyMacca's app to avoid missing out,’ he continued.

If you’ve never tried the McFeast before, now’s your chance! Download the MyMacca's app and treat yourself to your ultimate favourite before it disappears again.

It also hasn’t been that long since McDonald’s also announced another menu shake-up!

Just a couple of weeks ago, it was announced that the fast food giant is re-introducing a series of popular menu items, including the Spicy Chicken McNuggets and the Double McSpicy and Cheese and Bacon McSpicy.

The catch? They are only available for a limited time. You can read more details here.

Not a snowflakes chance on a hot shovel. After seeing how the mass produced burger patties are made, with around 75% chemicals - chunder food.

Be aware you have to order it on your McDonalds App on your smart phone. Don't just turn up expecting you can order it at the counter. If you don't have a smart phone with the App you can't get it.

You should never eat this type of food. A lot of people are either so uneducated or literally don't care about the health issues this type of food causes and how this lifestyle and type of eating indoctrinates our children into this slippery slope.

It all stems back to the family unit. Parents should set examples within the family at an early age, teach children what food is all about and model that behaviour themselves.

Why is a site like Seniors Discount Club advertising a link to this in the first place. What? do you think that food laden with carbs, sugar, grain fed beef, chemicals and vegetable oil is good for Seniors? Or better still Grandparents can take kids to McDonalds and teach them about junk food? Really!!!!!

Hey, @Joseph Gallina!

We completely understand where you are coming from and think that your frustrations are completely valid. We genuinely didn't want this article to come off like we're promoting unhealthy food, but more to inform the members, in case they do want to treat themselves to some fast food occasionally.

We work hard to ensure that the majority of the content we feature in our newsletters encourages a healthy lifestyle, from articles that break down which food items in the supermarket are actually highly processed, all the way down to tips on how members can keep their mind and body healthy. We do our very best to always recommend recipes that are packed with nutritional benefits daily too!

I hope this helps clarify the issue, but most importantly, show how much we truly do care about the health of our readers. :)
