Isn’t Freewallet a scam?

Freewallet is not a scam, they say. The truth? They just need to “verify you.” Long-time users apparently don’t face any issues. But who spreads such claims? It’s the people who actively promote Freewallet. Don’t believe it! Freewallet is absolutely a scam.

Even customers who have been withdrawing their funds successfully for years can suddenly find their accounts blocked without warning. Let us share another shocking story from a victim of Freewallet’s fraudulent practices.

This particular wallet was created on August 6, 2017, and received Ethereum deposits from various mining pools. The user first noticed their withdrawal being blocked on September 19, 2024. Here’s what happened: they attempted to withdraw coins but were greeted with an error message instead.

In September 2024, the customer reached out to Freewallet’s support after realizing their coins were inaccessible. At first glance, one might assume this was a case of an inexperienced user. But no—this is someone who had been using the wallet flawlessly for over seven years! Then, out of nowhere, the account was flagged for “suspicious activity.” Does that sound believable to you?

The reality is that Freewallet’s fraudulent scheme begins the moment a user’s account balance becomes lucrative enough to catch their attention. This is when accounts are suddenly frozen under dubious pretenses.

Avoid the Freewallet scam at all costs! Any customer could become a victim of this shady behavior. And don’t count on their support team to provide any real assistance. Based on numerous experiences, they routinely ignore complaints and fail to resolve issues.

For example, in one case, the client’s account was frozen, leaving them unable to access their funds. However, inactivity fees continued to be deducted regularly. When the customer complained about the lack of response from support, Freewallet smugly replied that they had no fixed timeline for addressing such concerns.

The excuses are often laughable. In this instance, the company claimed they couldn’t verify the customer’s residential address because their documents weren’t in English. Imagine that—a client from Spain submitting official documents in Spanish, only to be denied service. What reputable cryptocurrency wallet demands utility bills just to process transactions? It’s absurd, but it’s no accident. This is how Freewallet has systematically robbed hundreds of users.

Don’t let Freewallet’s scammers get their hands on your funds. Stay far away from this app and protect your hard-earned cryptocurrency.
