IKEA recently announced the addition of a new store location in Australia, which is slated to start operations in 2024.

With 12 other stores across the nation (except for Tasmania) IKEA is moving into a more focused direction with its ‘Plan and Order Point’ in Cannington, Perth.
It will be the city's second location, with the first one in the northern part of Innaloo.

IKEA Australia's Market Area Manager Johanna Gbenplay conveyed her excitement: ‘With IKEA Perth in Innaloo in the north, we’re so pleased to be able to offer a convenient location to our shoppers south of the river too from early 2024.’
‘We think our Perth shoppers will also love that Cannington is a new easy spot to pick up their Ikea order—whether it’s a big or small home furnishing or accessory that makes their homework better so life works better.’
For those keen on exploring this new IKEA experience, bookings for planning appointments at IKEA Cannington will be available on the IKEA website from early 2024.
