Am disabled and once payed for your items in the middle of the store with limited space put docket in bag and balance shopping on tray only to have to stand in que to leave store which adds to pain, then have to get to docket under shopping. Get it together it's no joy for your worker at Front of store. Lost me and many others from stores.Many of products not in store. Kmart was once a good go too store but now your lucky to get half the things on your list.

I am limited with my travelling so my close by k mart is my go to place. Same on line problems so sometimes I see something to good to be true and don’t bother with all the ordering problems.
Another problem, I had redeemed points, told the rare sight of someone on the register to use these points, he put through the whole amount. Obviously didn’t have a clue. That’s ok I said just cancel and we can try again. I can’t do that you will have to go to the service desk to do that.
I am 82 with a trolly and a service dog up the opposite end of the store so paid it. But can’t complain about the service, there wasn’t any.
