Introducing myself​

Afternoon all. Louise here from North Brisbane. My partner and I retired December 2020 to start our travels around Oz but that didn’t happen I lost him early last year. Now I need to carry on our dream. I’m a photographer, I love travelling, reading, and listening to good music and at the end of the day I nice glass of red wine. I would really love to make some new friends on m travels.

Thank you my sister and I just got a camper trailer and setting it up for our needs then our first trip will be Tassie, have been there twice but that was with work. This time enjoying the beautiful countryside.

Hello, @Louise57 ! WELCOME! I'm deeply sorry to hear about your husband. This made my heart ache and I wish I could give you a warm and tight hug. Losing someone is never easy. You're incredibly strong for wanting to push on.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, @Louise57. I admire you for having the resilience to make alternative plans and enjoy your retirement years. If you ever hit the Warrego Highway, let me know - we're just outside Toowoomba.
