Individual Potato Gratin

With Supreme creaminess and cozy cheesiness , these hot potato pots are a cold weather pleasure. Have I convinced you ?

Serves 2..
Ingredients
600g red potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves crushed
250mls thickened cream
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese ( I have also used mozzarella)
20g butter chopped
Method
1. Preheat oven 180°C and grease 2 x 400ml oven proof dishes.
2. Layer potato and garlic in dishes.
3. Add cream and nutneg to a small saucepan and bring to the boil over low to medium heat. Pour hot cream over potato.
4. Divide both cheeses amongst the 2 dishes and then top with chopped butter.
5. Bake in oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
