Individual Berry Crisps Recipe

Ingredients
Berries
- 340g frozen mixed berries (or blueberries or raspberries)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Crisp Topping
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and lay out a small baking sheet.
- Add the frozen berries, brown sugar, and cornstarch into a mixing bowl. Toss together and then divide evenly between 120-230 gram size ramekins.
- Place flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl. Mix together, and then pour the melted butter over the top. Mix with your hands or a spoon until the mixture becomes crumbly. Top each ramekin with the crisp topping. You may have leftovers which can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for crisps anytime you're in the mood!
- Place the ramekins on the small baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the berries are bubbling and the topping is golden. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
