This is the perfect dessert
to make for Christmas although it perfect for any day .
I'm going to add ingredients for 2 servings plus 5 servings .

Blueberries
If using frozen blueberries, use without thawing to avoid discoloring the batter.

Ingredients 2 serves
- 50g cream cheese, softened
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2/3 cup thickened cream
- 1-1/2 cups mixed fresh berries
- Additional cream, optional
Ingredients 5 serves
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups thickened cream
- 3 cups mixed fresh berries
- Additional cream, optional
Directions
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- In each of 2 parfait glasses, layer a fourth of the cream cheese mixture and a fourth of the berries. Repeat layers. Top with additional whipped topping if desired. Chill until serving.
