Indian bangles​

Have you ever received an Indian bangle as a kid? Back in the day, kids at school would give these as tokens of friendship. And by the end of the year, you'd have quite a collection. Do you still have these? Share your memories here.

Had about 600 of these - sadly they went to the op shops many years ago.

No, I never had these. They only set of bangles I ever bought about 35 years ago was a set of solid plastic ones for my nieces which went until their mouths a couple of times before they got the stern message that they were not for in their mouths. I don't think "pretty" ones would have been a good idea for them for that reason.
