1. Avo-seat

While shopping in a grocery store, a worn-out customer has plopped down on the avocados...possibly leaving behind a lot of flattened fruit for others to clean up. We can’t imagine feeling for a perfectly ripe avocado and only finding this mushy mess. Gross!

2. A Black Friday aftermath?

It’s just a normal day of shopping for this US store but its interior ended up resembling the chaos left over from a Black Friday sale brawl. The person who capture the photo said that the customers had little regard for the shop employees who must clean it all up later as they scramble up the items while shopping.

3. Special treatment for a ‘celebrity’

A ‘social media personality’ has rudely asked the staff of a clothing store if they knew who she was and demanded a discount.

While the person in question thought that she reached celebrity status, her bank account seemed to not be in tune with a celebrity’s after it declined her purchase of $1.35 worth of clothes.

4. No choccies for you, mate!

When a US customer observed a youngster being disrespectful to his mother, he decided to punish the boy by buying all the Hershey chocolate blocks he wanted from the dollar store just so the boy can't get his hands on any.

Talk about being petty… We wonder whether the boy learnt his lesson?

5. Is it bad to take advantage of ‘free lunch’?

There are free lunches offered by friends, family and even colleagues sometimes, right? Well, one US Twitter user expressed their annoyance at a coworker who exploited the goodwill of another employee who treat them to lunch for a celebration.

So, there you have it, folks! Have you experienced similar distasteful situations before? Share your stories with us in the comments below!

While in K.Mart one day walked up to a counter to pay. No one was in the queue so I thought Great. I was just about to be served when a lady bowled up to me and said " I was here first" She had a small child in a trolley and had been looking at things on the shelves away from the counter. I told her she was elsewhere, Then she said to me " the trouble with you oldies you think you can barge in anywhere" I was somewhat taken aback and no reply , I did think of one Later

It seems rudeness is rewarded these days. Mind you there are some very rude "oldies" who think it is their right to push ahead also. These are the examples that are being followed by the younger ones. We could all do with a bit of self examination to make sure we are kind to our fellow human beings.

I saw a kid from a well known private school steal an aero choc bar & put it in his pocket. (I cannot stand stealing). I asked him his reason. "I am hungry." Well, come to the check out & I will pay for it. Smiles found his face. I asked him to take it out of his pocket & told the girl on the check out what he had done. She said, "You have a kind lady here to teach you a lesson." She handed ME the bar & I said to him, "I'm hungry too" & placed it in my handbag. You should have seen the look on his face. The girl who served us said, "You,re the one we,ve been trying to catch for stealing." He went red like a ripe raspberry. She mentioned Coles were going to ring his school. I cautioned her by saying he had learnt his lesson & that he won't do it again. (whispering to her). A few months later I learnt he was with his Mum one day in the store & he looked @ the check out girl. She recognised him, he was scared, but she said to him, "How have you been mate?" He smiled sheepishly & said "I've been all right." Some days later he went back & saw her serving. He waited his turn & said, "Thank you for not squealing on me." They,ve been good mates ever since. Lovely story. You need to be sometimes cruel to be kind don't you?
