Yep, it is real, I saw this on one of those 'Mega builds' type show a few years ago. That 'coach' retracts into it self, and lowers down and the rear moves forward, steps close up into the body, the top deck lowers down and the entire body when closed is only about two feet longer and a foot higher than the coaches already in use on our roads. I don't know how many were built, the one I watched was designed by a multi-billionair in Texas with two Engineer friends. Spectacular when it opened and closed.

It's real, I have seen one very similar in the states. They are custom made
