I have no idea how to lodge a query or a suggestion.

This site is as easy to navigate as most. Ever tried to lodge a complaint or comment with Woollies or Coles? Near impossible.
Governments have stated they will investigate price gouging by Grocery Chains. What about Price gouging by land lords. I have rented the same property from the same owner through the same agent for 10 years or more.
During that time the interest rates have fluctuated from about 4% down to 2% & now up to 5% my rent would have reduced the principal such that the mortgage repayments, if left as at the original rate would have reduced the outstating balance to about 25% of what it would have been 10 years ago.
My rent has increased by about 150% extra from the original.
RENT GOUGING you bet, why has it increased? BECAUSE the landlord can and nobody can do a thing about it.
I wager that a very big percentage of renters have the same scenario.
I am a Pensioner and my rent now exceeds my pension & I am forced to work just to put food on the table. I have few luxuries and just hang on to my car.
Come on Albo put the ACCC onto an investigation of gouging by landlords.

Ever thought of getting a flat mate to help with the costs just a thought.🤔
