I am deaf ...
Recently I attempted to find a cheaper electricity price via the Seniors Discount link and, after reading the blurb thoroughly, I chose to enter my details as they advised that I would receive an email with the comparisons. This is important to me as I am deaf so unable to have companies call me to discuss my living arrangements. Yes, I supplied a mobile number which I have for my iPad, though, it cant receive calls - which I cannot hear anyway. To date, I have not received a comparison via email. This is very unfair to the deaf or anyone who just wants to have an email with all of the information in black and white. I guess I wont be saving any money, sigh.
