I am deaf ...​

Recently I attempted to find a cheaper electricity price via the Seniors Discount link and, after reading the blurb thoroughly, I chose to enter my details as they advised that I would receive an email with the comparisons. This is important to me as I am deaf so unable to have companies call me to discuss my living arrangements. Yes, I supplied a mobile number which I have for my iPad, though, it cant receive calls - which I cannot hear anyway. To date, I have not received a comparison via email. This is very unfair to the deaf or anyone who just wants to have an email with all of the information in black and white. I guess I wont be saving any money, sigh.

Are you able to email and request email info back if you state your deaf?

Are you able to email and request email info back if you state your deaf?

There wasnt an area on the template to place a request not to call, I am deaf, just want email. Templates are not very user friendly for anyone who has a request. My friend is blind so only wants phone calls. Companies really need to consider that not everyone is the same.
