As for false death posts for celebrities, it happens all the time. I can't say how many times my husband has come out and said did you hear ....has died. Of course he was on Facebook.

Not sure why Bridget Bardot is any different to all the other celebrities and to be honest I thought she had already passed away

She is clearly doing very well and at a remarkable age of 91. Hope I am going so well then. I was walking around my local park the other day and got talking to a lovely man who I have said hello to regularly. Turned out he was 90 and he could easily pass for 70. Again hope I am still fit and agile like that and reach that milestone. He was commenting on how fast I walked but I am 21 years younger so not surprising but aim to keep at it.

Brigitte Bardot was such an icon and so beautiful. No fake boobs, no Botox, no plastic, and was individual! Looking at photos of her today she still retains that natural beauty.

I have never thought much of Bridget Bardot after I saw her in an interview and said she should never have been a mother.
I then read how she divorced her husband and when their son was 12 asked to live with her which she said no as it would interrupt her parties

She had also made a statement saying Following his birth, Bardot became depressed and attempted suicide. She later wrote that her son was a "cancerous tumor" and that she would have "preferred to give birth to a little dog". She also added, "I'm not made to be a mother.

I have no respect for her at all

you are entitled to your views, exactly the same as she is allowed her views, without people like you being so critical of her views. At least she is a truthful person and not that many like her around these days. Most want to be loved give away clothes etc and not be honoured.

Some people simply don`t want to have a child. I don`t understand that position but each to their own I suppose. It`s a shame if she had a child and then decided she did not want to be a mother. Personally I could not imagine my life without children, and I`m not that keen on animals.
She has spent many, many, years involved in animal rights (I wonder why she did not like being a mother) because she spent a lot of time on animals.
