How to treat high blood pressure naturally

In the event of high blood pressure, certain foods are recommended to help the body balance blood pressure naturally and independently.

It is recommended to favor the following foods...

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
They are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, and are low in sodium. They help lower blood pressure and maintain a healthy weight.

FOODS RICH IN POTASSIUM
Potassium helps reduce the amount of sodium in the body and relax blood vessel walls. Bananas, spinach, sweet potatoes, avocados and tomatoes are good sources of potassium.

FOODS RICH IN MAGNESIUM
Magnesium plays an important role in regulating blood pressure. Green vegetables, nuts, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate and beans are good sources of magnesium.

FOODS RICH IN OMEGA-3

Omega-3 fatty acids found in *fish, nuts and seeds, including salmon, sardines, walnuts and flaxseed, may help reduce blood pressure.
FOODS LOW IN SODIUM
It is important to reduce your sodium intake because it can increase blood pressure. It is advisable to limit salty foods, processed foods, processed meats and salty snacks.

NB:
It's also important to maintain a healthy weight, limit alcohol and caffeine intake, reduce saturated fat and sugar intake, and exercise regularly to control high blood pressure.
