Homemade salsa yum fresh

Homemade Salsa is better than any restaurant!! 😋

Ingredients
– 1/4 medium white onion, peeled
– 2 tablespoons diced jalapenos
– 2 cloves garlic, peeled
– 14.5 ounces fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic
– 1/2 fresh lime, juiced
– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
– 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Add the onion, jalapenos, and garlic to a food processor or blender. Pulse until finely chopped.

2. Add the fire roasted diced tomatoes, lime juice, kosher salt, and cilantro.

3. Blend or pulse until the salsa reaches your desired consistency — chunky or smooth.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

5. Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

6. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, eggs, or grilled meats.
