Homemade cheese so easy

Homemade Cheese in 5 Minutes 🧀✨

Ingredients:

1 liter whole milk
1/4 cup lemon juice or white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Heat the Milk:

In a large saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it reaches a boil, stirring frequently to prevent it from scorching.
Add the Acid:

Once the milk is boiling, remove it from the heat and slowly stir in the lemon juice or white vinegar. Continue stirring gently until the milk curdles and separates into curds and whey.
Strain the Curds:

Line a colander with cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel and set it over a large bowl. Pour the curdled milk into the colander to strain out the whey.
Season and Press:

Sprinkle the salt over the curds and gently mix. Gather the cheesecloth or towel around the curds and press to remove excess whey.
Cool and Serve:

Transfer the cheese to a container and let it cool. Use as desired or refrigerate for later use.
