We would be lying if we said we weren't curious about the next wacky home-organising trick we see on social media.
There's nothing better than taking an everyday item and turning it into something that makes our lives a little bit easier – whether it be for organisation purposes or something else entirely. It's like we've found the Holy Grail or something!
That's why we were thrilled to learn about these new tips from home organising enthusiast Taylah, who offered simple but game-changing Kmart tricks that will help you organise your house without going over budget!
The Queensland-based home organiser extraordinaire from Queensland shared three of her favourite Kmart 'finds' on TikTok, claiming they helped her organise her space in no time.
She used the three buys to store belts, television remotes and office supplies in her bedroom and office. Surprisingly, all three items cost her no more than $49.50 in total.
So, if you're looking for some easy yet effective items to help organise your home, you might want to check out your local Kmart!
'Three Kmart home hacks you didn't know you needed,' said Taylah in her TikTok video.
The first home hack she showed was using a $4.50 three-tiered jar as an organisational tool.
The clear container looks neat and tidy, and it can be used to organise the belts in your wardrobe. When put inside the closet, it can help you find your belts more easily and quickly.
She added: 'It fits all of my belts perfectly and is stackable.'
The second home hack made use of a $39 bamboo trolley from Kmart.
You can buy the trolley in any colour from Kmart, but Taylah chose to paint hers black because it matched her home's interior design the best.
She then added several items to the trolley, such as a printer, paper, a pencil case, and other items.
Taylah also used a large $6 white herringbone canister to store her television remote so she doesn’t have to dig through her existing collection of organisation supplies to find it when she needs it.
'It looks super discreet and nice and tidy,' she said in the video.
Taylah's home organisational videos on TikTok have been extremely popular among users and followers, and the expert has gained more than 100,000 followers on the social media platform.
Many people have called her ideas 'amazing' and helpful, with several of her followers saying that her home hacks and tips instantly help them organise their own homes.
