In the recorded video, one of the carers, dressed in blue overalls, shamelessly rummaged through the senior's personal belongings. To the daughter's absolute shock, the camera caught the carer uncovering her mother's leather purse and brazenly removing money from it.

So, she confronted the carer at her own residence and demanded the immediate return of the stolen £40 ($65 AUD). Despite feeling deeply ashamed and offering apologies, the carer's remorse was not enough to absolve her from the consequences of her actions.
The daughter firmly emphasised that such a despicable crime should not be overlooked and insisted that the carer should never be entrusted with the responsibility of caregiving again.

She voiced her concerns, saying, 'My mother, at 77 years old, heavily relies on assistance. If she can't trust her caregivers, then who can she trust?'
Continuing, she expressed her worry about the possibility of similar incidents occurring elsewhere, stating, 'My fear is that these occurrences might be more prevalent than we realise. Numerous elderly individuals depend on their caregivers and grant them complete access to their homes. We were fortunate this time, but how many cases like this go unreported?'
