Hi Everyone....Wendy from (sometimes sunny) Brissie; I've been 60 since Feb '22 just over a month now Born in Darwin NT moved with family to Brissie in approx '67/'68 (can't recall exactly), nice to meet everyone, only one downside is since the govt moved the goal posts to being of 'senior card' status i am only able to access the 'business seniors card' which i am a bit confused about what it offers (Coles etc don't accept it)
Anyway.......hi to everyone and welcome to all the other senior newbies

Regarding the business seniors card, you may access Queenland's Online Discount Directory to find out where you can use your card. To do that, you may click the link below: https://secure.communities.qld.gov.au/chiip/businessSearch/SearchDiscounts.aspx

According to the Queensland Government website, the Seniors Business Discount Card also gives you access to the free Senior Shopper Service which will get you discounts on electrical goods, travel, motor vehicles, computers, mowers, power tools, furniture, white goods, lawn bowls gear, fishing tackle, pools, cameras and more.
