Herbal remedies with guava leaves and bark

Guava is a fruit that stands out for its delicious aroma and penetrating taste. However, from the tree of this fruit, the guava, we can use its leaves due to its excellent healing properties.
Guava leaves stand out, in particular, for their high content of antioxidants (carotenoids, flavonoids and polyphenols).
The leaves and bark of the guava tree are very effective in preparing herbal teas and treating many and various health problems. They help relieve, among other things, sore throat, dizziness, the urge to vomit, diarrhea and various intestinal problems.
Guava leaves are also often used to help heal wounds. In addition, they also have great anesthetic power at the dental level, and that is why they are used to greatly relieve toothache.

Infusions made from guava leaves are therefore very beneficial for treating multiple health problems. The main benefits of these leaves allow, among other things, to:
• Reduce blood sugar and prevent diabetes and insulin problems • Lower high cholesterol levels
• Speed up metabolism and facilitate weight loss
• Improve digestion
• Increase the level of blood platelets
• Improve prostate problems and increase male fertility
• Fight hair loss
• Prevent premature aging

Uses:
Boil the water in a saucepan and add a few guava leaves and cook for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Take a drink and add honey if possible
Consume this remedy on an empty stomach and apart from main meals.
