HELLO
Hello everyone, hope to meet you through messaging, or better still in person. I have been married for 30 years to my wonderful and faithful wife. We have two boys both married and live within an hours drive from us. I live in Alexander Heights Perth Western Australia. Brief summary. I am a qualified mechanic, worked in various places. I have been a missionary in Papua New Guinea for 9 years, maintaining mission equipment & training locals so their skills will benefit their local communities. I was a station manager there and was involved in running the station and the workshop and a youth camp for the local surrounding villages. After returning to Western Australia I spent 20 years as a support worker (qualified social trainer) caring for people with intellectual disabilities. I have now retired on the old age pension as I have had to have a pacemaker installed and meant I could no longer work as a mechanic. And I have various health issues. But better than expected. Enough of me.
My wife Lynsey, is a New Zealander (Kiwi) from Upper Hut. She was a qualified nurse until an unfortunate event took place at Meekatharra where a hospital patient attacked her and she had to give away her nursing carrier due to back and knee issues as a result. She was employed as a note taker at universities for students with disabilities. She ran a help support group on the internet for people who had heart issues. With the data collected over a period of time she used for her Phd on Heart Disease. We both are Christians and attend the fellowship of believers at the Girrawheen Baptist Church. I will fill you all in on our son's next time around. My wife does tell me that I talk too much.

From Geoff Maxwell.
