With a toddler at home, it's just really close to impossible to keep everything tidy. Sometimes, I don't even try anymore! Hello rustynut, welcome to our little club. I’m 72 later this year & also love to read and knit. I don’t knit as much as I used to but I crochet a lot these days. I only started about 4 years ago, took a while for my brain to sort out how to wrangle the hook & yarn, but once it clicked I was on the way. I especially like Corner to Corner crochet & make baby blankets for great nieces & nephews babies. I will try & post a photo of stuff I’ve made. Have you knitted anything lately or read any good books? We always welcome suggestions. I also am not terribly keen on housework, just enough to be neat & clean. Are you on your own? I’m extremely fortunate to still have my husband. I’m intrigued by your name so will watch out for you on the forums. Take care, Patricia.
