Hello one & all​

New member.
My name is Terry
Only just retired.- after 44 years as a real estate agent . ( may be semi retired if I decide to join an ex work colleague in a new venture to assist him in its initial set up days.)
Three children - 6 grand children
3 grandchildren here in Perth and my other three grandchildren live in London UK with my oldest son and daughter in law
All well and happy
Enjoy walking my fur baby at the near by riverside parkland every morning and afternoon ( about 4km each walk)- so determined to stay fit and healthy ( mentally too )for as long as humanly possible come rain, hail or shine
I enjoy social interactions and on that note , once again a BIG hello to all members here.
