Healthy you with ginger and tumeric add honey walla

The combination of these two spices offers a powerful synergy, here are some of the benefits.

1. Anti-inflammatory properties:
By reducing inflammation in the body, joint and muscle pain are relieved.

2. Strengthening the immune system:
The immunostimulant properties of turmeric and the antioxidant compounds of ginger help strengthen the immune system, thus protecting the body against infections🤧A good way to prevent autumn illnesses or speed up recovery.

3. Improved digestion:
This decoction stimulates the production of bile and soothes the digestive system. It helps relieve gastrointestinal disorders such as bloating and nausea.

4. Antioxidant effects:
By helping to neutralize free radicals, the 2 spices help prevent oxidative stress. Hence a reduction in the risk of contracting certain chronic or degenerative diseases, increased protection against aging.

1 fresh ginger root (about 5 cm)
1 fresh turmeric root (about 2 cm)
4 cups of water.

Instructions:
In a saucepan, put the water, ginger and turmeric previously peeled and sliced

Remove from the heat and let stand for another 10 minutes.
Strain the decoction
Add honey🍯or lemon 🍋if you wish

With the arrival of the cold weather of autumn🍁, integrating this decoction into your daily routine will be beneficial for your well-being.
So, enjoy and take care of your health naturally!

I do a similar thing but just squirt some honey into the bottom of a glass, add black pepper which you must use to activate the tuneric, a couple of shakes of cayenne pepper, grate or zest fresh ginger as much as you like to taste and add tumeric (also as much as you like which increases as you get used to it) and mix and eat with a spoon. I have it every day before breakfast and have had no colds and flus and feeling better. It has been a tough year and I am sure this has kept me healthy. It is an acquired taste especially the cayenne pepper but you get used to it and after a couple of times it is very palatable. But you can leave that out if the taste is not for you but you must use cracked black pepper to activate the tumeric.
