What You’ll Need:
* ½ cup magnesium flakes (NOT Epsom salt — it’s less absorbable)
* ½ cup distilled or boiled (then cooled) water
*Small glass spray bottle or jar
🛠 Instructions:
Boil the water:
*Bring ½ cup of distilled water to a boil (to remove impurities). Let it cool slightly, but keep it warm.
Dissolve magnesium:
*In a glass bowl or measuring cup, add ½ cup of magnesium flakes. Pour the warm water over the flakes.
Stir to dissolve:
*Mix with a non-metal spoon until the flakes are completely dissolved. It will feel slightly oily but no actual oil is involved!
Store it:
*Pour the mixture into a glass spray bottle. Let it cool completely before sealing it tightly.
Apply it:
*Spray on legs, feet, belly, or arms daily — especially before bed for better sleep. Slight tingling or itching is normal for first-time users (dilute with more water if sensitive).
