Health cover​

Hi I have recently had a big upheaval in my financial circumstances and currently pay top hospital cover with defence health and I can’t afford that anymore. I don’t want to drop out of health cover completely but am a bit overwhelmed where to start looking first. I was wondering if anybody had some suggestions on what cover is best and worthwhile monetary wise that isn’t going to cost me the $200.00 I basically pay now a month.
