Health coach Kaitlin Knight has taken to TikTok to reveal the low-calorie food items you can snag at Coles and Aldi.
"These are what I got from Coles and Aldi to help me in my calorie deficit," Kaitlin says in the video.

The video started with Kaitlin giving a disclaimer that she did not include fruits, vegetables, and meat in this video.
The health coach says: "These are just strictly things that help me remain filled so I don't binge eat."
The first item that Kaitlin reveals is the Urban Eats Mexican Style Quesadillas from Aldi.

"I got these quesadillas from Aldi, these taste so good," she says,
The health coach also shows off the nutritional facts for this product, emphasising that the meal is only 300 calories.
Kaitlin quips: "Perfect when you're on the go!"
The meal comes in two varieties: Cheese and beans and Barbeque Pulled Pork.
The next item she shared is Aldi's Allen's Bites.

The meals include a Mexican Style Salad kit, Ocean Royale 40Fish Fingers, which contains 150 calories per serving, and 286-calorie Beef Ragu Pappardelle — all of which are available at Aldi.

The health coach also recognises the fact that we tend to have sweet cravings from time to time so she included some of her favourite treats including chocolate bars and sugar-free drinks from Coles.
