It's been a while since your post, but I'd like to add some information. I just read your post about low-calorie food items at Aldi and Coles, and I have to say, it was super helpful! I’ve been trying to watch my calorie intake, and sometimes it feels like a total guessing game. Your tips made it a lot easier. One thing I've found handy is using a recipe calorie calculator. You just plug in the ingredients and it tells you the calorie count. It's been a game-changer for me. I love grabbing those fresh veggies from Aldi, like their zucchini and bell peppers, and whipping up a stir-fry. With the calculator, I can see exactly how many calories I’m eating and adjust if I need to.And let me tell you, Coles has this amazing range of lean meats. Their chicken breast is my go-to. I season it with some herbs and spices, grill it up, and again, use the calorie calculator to keep track. It’s so satisfying to know I’m eating healthy without going overboard.
