Health benefits of cinnamon leaf tea

DOSAGE:
Take a teaspoon in a cup of hot water, let it steep for about fifteen minutes and drink.
It is still advisable to respect certain dosages: 3 cups of herbal tea per day for 1 to 2 weeks (2 or 3 leaves per cup) are sufficient to benefit from its benefits. It is interesting to add honey and lemon for even more effect.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
When applied externally in excess, cinnamon can cause burns. It is not recommended to consume it by pregnant women or young children.
It is not recommended to take cinnamon in conjunction with a medication prescribed for cardiovascular diseases or to stabilize diabetes.
