As an electrician let me spoil the party ..... That's a 2 kw generator and would need to run flatout for about 9hrs to give the Tesla 100km driving range. So if he wants to drive at about 10km/hr, the little generator might be able to sustain the batteries and thats a BIG maybe. (Teslas use approx 17kw/hrs per 100km)
