Grill Peaches n Berries

I love cooked fruit and this one is delicious and peaches are now coming into season .

Ingredients​

  • 2 medium ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions​

  1. Place two peach halves, cut side up, on each of a double thicknesses of baking paper on top of a piece if foil slightlylarger(12 in. square).
  2. Top with blueberries, brown sugar, butter and lemon juice. Fold baking paper n foil around mixture and seal tightly. Place on baking tray
  3. Cook in preheated oven 180C or 160C fan-force, for 18-20 minutes or until tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.

Nutrition Facts​

1 packet: 190 calories, 8g fat (5g saturated fat), 20mg cholesterol, 64mg sodium, 31g carbohydrate (26g sugars, 3g fiber), 2g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 fat, 1-1/2 fruit, 1/2 starch.
