Greetings​

Hello from Palm Cove in sunny(?) Far North Queensland. We moved from the Gold Coast 18mths ago and now enjoy a quieter life.
We miss the beautiful beaches but not the traffic.

Yes, the beaches are just down the road. Palm Cove is a unique town with it's foreshore with huge paperbark trees, gardens and palms. The actual beach is lovely, always sandy and swimmable most of the year, apart from about November to March. This is the period we can have marine stingers. And of course the crocodiles... FNQ is an exciting place.
