With thick, soft slices that are deliciously crunchy on the outside when toasted, the new limited-edition scone-inspired loaf is set to bring sweetness to your usual loaf of bread!
Chuck some jam and cream on top of this and you got yourself a classic midday snack that goes perfectly well with your morning or afternoon tea.
The loaf is also lovingly baked in Australia with 95% Aussie ingredients, includes no artificial colours or flavours, and has a health star rating of 3.5.
Now you no longer have to worry about baking scones from scratch. Enjoy a freshly-baked scone experience minus the hassle of actually cooking one.
You can even eat these straight from the pack – how good, right?
Several foodies on social media were feeling giddy when they heard the news, with one of them saying: "I can't cook scones to save my life so this will come in very handy with our afternoon tea!"
"These look delicious! I can't wait to try them for myself," another one added.
However, we have to agree with some folks that these loaves of bread will never beat freshly-baked scones made by us or our family members – just like the ones made by Muriel here in this video:

The new limited-edition scone loaf comes in a 600g pack and is available to buy for $5.50 from the 20th of April for a limited time at Coles and Independent supermarkets. They will also be available at Woolworths from the 27th of April.
