Hey members!
How’s your Sunday going so far? I hope it’s off to a great start! As for me, I’m feeling a mix of excitement and nerves because today is my first-ever 10k fun run! I started running earlier this year to lose weight, but it’s turned into something I didn’t expect. There's something so incredibly fulfilling about it, and it's become my instant mood booster. Happy? I run. Feeling a bit down? I run. Need to clear my head? You guessed it, I run! Running gives me that sense of accomplishment and keeps me motivated. I’m hoping to cross that finish line with a shiny medal today!
