Definitely my mental health.
Since my negligent surgery I have suffered depression and anxiety.

I could never understand how people couldn't control what you thought.

My psychologist has told me I have PTSD.

I would love to get rid of the nerve pain in my stomach.

I keep telling myself I will get better.
I was someone who was strong both mentally and physically.

I keep telling myself at least I have my life and I'm not dying.
I keep telling myself I have a house and food on my table
I keep telling myself I have a great husband who does so much for me
I keep telling myself I have 13 Amazing kids

I just want the old me back, this isn't how I saw my retirement going

Yes, I'd like more height, at 5.6 feet, i'd like to be a six footer, then I thought, O well I don't get my head knocked about!
