Knock knock! Anyone there? 👀 We’re well into the day now, and if you’ve made it this far—whether you’re cruising along or just hanging in there—cheers to you. Sometimes all we need is a little pause and a moment to smile, right? So here’s a quick pick-me-up question for you: What’s something that instantly lifts your mood, no matter how bad your day’s been? Maybe it’s blasting your go-to song, a comforting snack that never fails, a chat with someone special, or even just sitting in the sun for a few minutes.

For me? It’s eating frozen yogurt with a generous dark chocolate drizzle (bonus points if there’s a crunchy topping) and spending time with my dog, who recently had to get his teeth removed due to old age—but he’s still as playful and cuddly as ever. There’s just something about that tail wag and those big eyes that melt all the stress away.

Our two cats - Lily and Mika - when they have an attack of the zoomies, and then come for a pat or a belly rub after.

Death at a funeral. Just watched it with my husband, didn't remember how funny it is.

Definitely my dog Ruby. She is a Maltese shitzu and 11 years old. She has lots of sass and loyal to everyone in the family. She gives everyone hugs and pat opportunities 🥰
