Good morning, wonderful people! 🌞How are you all doing?

I’ve been making a few healthy changes lately—doctor’s orders! Adding more fibre to my meals has been the latest adventure, and my secret weapon? A jar of delicious overnight oats every morning! Quick, tasty, and keeps me going all day. Here's a simple tutorial if you'd like to give it a go:

It was my partners birthday yesterday, he turned a whole 56, 9 years younger than me 😂
I was in despair because I couldn't afford a present as all of our spare money is going on our house move, but low and behold my Temu order arrived, in it it had a present for him so I felt much better after that.
That's my news of the day 😂

Suzanne l would love to know how your baby grandson is.l hope he's improving and l wish him well
Thank you for asking . He is doing well. They removed the breathing tubes but still using a caps machine. He is being tube fed , he doesn't know yet how to suck.

My daughter spends hours just holding him.

The time frame He will come home if all goes well is mid January.

He will be 30 weeks on Saturday. They still go by as if he is still in his mums tummy.

He now weights 1kg 60 grams

And congratulations on your weight loss, you look fabulous, I wish I could get that medication, i'll have to ask my doctor next time I see him as i'm on Metformin as well.
Your cake making skills are wonderful, i'll put my order in now for next August 😂
