G’day, members! I hope you’re having a beautiful afternoon. My family and I decided to whip up some lemonade as we enjoy the rest of the day. It got me thinking how much I love the smell of freshly squeezed lemons. There’s something about it that instantly boosts my mood. How about you? What smell adds a bit of joy to your day? I love just having a shower, fresh sheets on the bed, gentle rain on an iron roof that is still warm from the day lulling me to sleep with the smell of fresh rain. Heaven for me!!

Having had no sense of smell since very young or maybe never at all. I would even love to smell a bad smell or to know dinner has burnt.

I love the smell of Christmas baking. We have some beautiful traditions associated with baking our Christmas fare and what started as a fun thing to do with a three year old is now children plus grandchildren numbering 15 in total, plus girl/boy friends!

I have a friend who has had brain surgery to her detriment she thinks she smells bleaches, sewer smells etc. due to the sense of smell being extra sensitive to nothing. Everyone else around do not get these smells. I sympathise with you - Bless!!
