Here comes the sun! ☀️I hope you’re all up and about, or at least have managed to shuffle over to the kettle to put the first cuppa on. If you need a little encouragement to get moving, just remember: the sooner you’re awake, the sooner you can get stuck into today’s dose of good stories. 😉 Here’s one to get us all thinking—what’s that one small thing you do each morning to make you feel ready to take on the day? Maybe it’s blasting your favourite tune, doing a fun routine, or writing in your journal.

For me, I kick things off with a quick play session with my dog and cat! They're still not yet on good terms, but they're slowly getting there! 😂

I'm not a coffee drinker, so before any of the good stuff, I have to put my head under the tap. Read 'shower', preferably cold, to get functional. After that it depends on who's need is greatest, family breakfast or food and play for my puppy.

After I’ve “managed to shuffle over to the kettle” I like to go on an early 5 km run before work.

Everybody’s shuffling 🤣

I go to the gym and walk 5km then a few other light exercises and home .🚶‍♀️🚴‍♀️

30 minute workout…then either a 5 kilometer walk or a 30 kilometer bike ride….
Once that is finished, then think about coffee and breakfast ….

My Lovely Lady Wife wakes at 6am and then walks a min of 5km. I get out of Bed at 9am when she makes my Breakfast. I am blessed. Love. That Lady. I would LOVE to join her but can't being unable to walk unaided.

You do not need a gym membership to get toned and fit….
You could put that money to better use by buying a few hand weights, skipping rope and a Pilates bar. Look in your App Store for one of the many “get fit@ apps available…
