General Discussion Thread 06.02.2025

Good morning, you lovely bunch! Welcome to our General Discussion thread—this is your space to share anything and everything on your mind!

How’s your morning going? I hope you're still enjoying the comfort of your bed. I’ve been up for a while now, but I’m having one of those mornings where it’s hard to leave the warmth and just want to linger a little longer. Anyone else feel that way?

Here’s a fun tidbit: I’ve always been a night owl, but these early mornings spent preparing your newsletters are starting to grow on me.

Now, tell me—are you an early bird who jumps out of bed ready to take on the day, or do you come alive when the world is quiet at night? Let’s talk about it in the thread!

Hi good morning Athena definitely an early riser catching Mother Nature at work as I can wander amongst the blistering buzz of soft solace the mind n body climb into sync and bring together the bounds of gratitude I have for being honoured the freedom to witness it all..The night to reflect on the treasures of the day just done
ok Ramble done

I'm a night owl. I can't focus on anything during the day. I can relax with my feet up in my recliner multi tasking between the TV 📺 and my mobile📱 phone catching up on endless posts and news breaks, reruns of NCIS and Bull.

Good Morning Athena I am up most mornings @ 06.30 . The only 2 mornings I
allow myself to sleep till 07.30 is on Tuesdays & Thursdays as I attend a community
Centre to do some Gym work which is relaxing .. I enjoy going there as they always
make one feel special.

Summertime awake by 6.30 am, I try to get organised by 7.00 walking out the door. This is when my dog takes me for a walk. Easier that way I don't have to think which way we went the day before. Anyway its my time to go sightseeing at peoples gardens while he stops at every pole and tree.
Its works for us anyway and brings us closer I think. :)

I am naturally nocturnal. If I have daytime appointments it is like the middle of the night to me. I love the moon and stars and galaxies and planets. Have to make sure I take vitamin d3 as I rarely see the sun, which is good for me as I have had many skin cancers from sun exposure as a child. Anyone else a night bird?

I've always been and early riser... between 5 and 5.30 usually. Do fall to sleep earlier at night than I used to. I achieve so much between 5 and 8 in the morning. My mind is active, I do my exercises and feel fantastic. But wait until after lunch, my energy is sapped by 2.30 or 3.00.

Even from the early years where a healthy sporting atmosphere was a prominent partner moderation was the key to advancement to enhancement and now in the latter years it still plays a part
