How about publishing your recipe on this site. My wife used to cook it in a casserole and I can't find the recipe anywhere. and most pubs crumb and fry it (too dry).
I cook it for hubby. I cook onions mushrooms and lambs fry together and then squeeze a little lemon juice over it.

If you want a casserole it's usually lambs fry and kidneys cooked in a sauce exactly like a beef casserole

You got sick !! I remember in my teens so many people we knew got tape worms apparently from pork .

I've never liked the flavour of Pork but sometimes cook it as a couple of my sons love it
No I didn’t get sick I had the tiniest bit of it but just looking at the poor little piggy with a stick stuck through it made me sad.☹️
