Garlic parmesan chicken meatloaves

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves (Print Version)​

# Ingredients:​

01 - 1 pound (450 grams) ground chicken.
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
04 - 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley.
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 1 egg, beaten.
07 - 1 tsp dried oregano.
08 - 1/2 tsp salt.
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
10 - 1/4 cup milk.
11 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
12 - 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional).

# Instructions:​

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Add the milk to the mixture and combine until fully incorporated.
04 - Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
05 - Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the loaves.
06 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

# Notes:​

01 - Optional: Add grated mozzarella cheese on top of each loaf during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy finish.
02 - Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes after baking to allow the juices to redistribute.

Oh, dear all that molten cheese just oozing all over the place - that's a no, no for me.

Just kidding I love cheese and to see it flowing like lava from a volcano makes me drawl. I reckon I will be making this at some stage in the very near future.

l think l'll leave out the mozzarella too stringy for me and use cheddar instead also probably add an onion. Good recipe BB thankyou

Don't get me wrong, but I wish people would post recipes that they've actually made themselves (tried and true) and not just reposted from America.
