Yep, that about right measurement for milo
 
68 and still love 3 heaped teaspoons of milo in a glass of cold milk (yummm)
 
My son uses a tablespoon.

I think my daughter has a couple of those Milo Teaspoon fulls in cold milk every night in a pot we normally use for soup.
