G'day members from Webfoot985.
At 84 I'm a retired seaplane pilot and a still working jazz pianist on the Gold Coast in a big band, a Jazz quintet, a singer's workshop every Wednesday and practice piano almost every day. I have a nutrition business but not allowed to "Flog" my products here.

Welcome to the SDC community @webfoot985 ! It's wonderful to have you join us. Wow, your background as a seaplane pilot and jazz pianist sounds absolutely fascinating. Not to mention your involvement in a big band, a jazz quintet, and a singer's workshop! It must be incredible to blend your passion for music into your daily life like that. While you're right about the product promotion, there’s still so much you can share and explore around here. Given your continued engagement with music and practice, our community could greatly benefit from your insights and stories. Have you considered sharing some of your experiences or advice on staying active and engaged in one's passion? Many of our members love hearing about different walks of life, and I'm sure they'd find your journey quite inspiring. Lastly, do you have any favourite jazz pieces or musicians you'd recommend?
