Lynne McGranger, the beloved actress known for her long-standing role as Irene Roberts on the hit soap opera Home and Away, has always had a knack for capturing the nation's hearts.

But it's her latest social media escapade that's got everyone talking – and laughing.

Over the weekend, Lynne shared a photo that was anything but ordinary.



Posing with the Big Merino, a giant ram statue in Goulburn that's a familiar sight to anyone who's driven the Hume Highway, Lynne added her X-rated spin to the tourist attraction.

With a caption that read, 'Nothing like a giant testicle to start the day in Goulburn,'

The Big Merino, standing at an impressive 15 metres tall and 18 metres long, is a sight to behold.


But leave it to Lynne to spot the cheeky angle, turning a simple photo op into a viral sensation.

Fans and friends couldn't help but join in on the fun, flooding the comments with puns and laughter.

The star recently took a break from her iconic role in Home and Away to tread the boards in a stage production called The Grandparents Club.

Written by Wendy Harmer, the show humorously challenges the stereotypes surrounding grandparents, and Lynne has been touring with it since May.

With the run set to wrap up in early August, fans have been delighted to see another side of Lynne's talents.

In an interview, Lynne described her stage role as 'getting back to my roots, singing and dancing, interacting with the audience.'

'I can hold a tune and belt out a number, but I'm no Aretha Franklin,' she modestly added.
