I received another scam email letter this morning, supposed to have been sent by the government, and addressed to undisclosed recipients. If this was real it would be addressed to me by name, as follows

Why are these "personalities" unable to stop their images being used to promote these scams? Isn't there anything any of them can do to prevent their faces being used to rip people off? "Twiggy" Forrest had a go, but what's the latest in his case?

Good call on being cautious about those scams! I’ve seen a lot of fake celebrity endorsements popping up, and it’s definitely wise to be skeptical. I had a similar experience when I was exploring the skin.land marketplace. I learned to double-check everything and avoid shady links or promotions. It’s always best to stick to well-known platforms and do your research before investing. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

The thing that floors me is that, out of all the people in Straya, Twiggy (or Gina, or Dick, or Kochie, or Ally, or Albo, or anybody else whose AI face bobs up on the screen) is appealing to me, personally, to get in on one of these seemingly limited-offer schemes. I should be so lucky ...
What astounds me even more is that so many stoobidhead dumbshits continually fall for the scams.

I've been getting text messages from MyGov but thankfully they are going into spam. Even so I wouldn't open it but check my MyGov account first.
So many scary scams. Bring on the old days for me ☺️

I had one like this, almost word for word but from the Comm bank…..also from the ‘Tax Office’….The scams are happening a lot right now…..They’re taking advantage of people getting tax refunds …

I have a laugh that people still think that any information that has been entered onto any website is secure.
Remember ANYTHING that has access to the WWW is hackable.
And so-called BIG BROTHER has been in place ever since the WWW began as well.
