Fact of the Day: Some people can ‘see’ time​

Imagine seeing the entire calendar year laid out in a circle around your body, with December brushing through your chest or past years stretching off to your left. For about 1% of the population, this isn’t imagination — it’s reality. Known as calendar synesthesia, this rare trait allows people to literally ‘see’ time as vivid spatial forms, giving them a unique and often stunning way to recall the past and envision the future.
