Can someone please explain to me why we all need to have a Facebook Account. I've never had one and never will but these days, it seems you have to have one to enter competitions. Years ago, you could just go onto their website and enter the comp from there but now you have to either 'like' on FB or enter it on FB. My sister sends me funny pics from her FB account to me but I can't open them because I haven't got an account. I do, however, have a Messenger account which I know is connected to FB, but once upon a time, you could sign up for the Messenger account without having to create a FB account. Not now though, apparently you have to open FB to get Messenger and then you can delete FB but you keep the Messenger. That's a lot of messing around in my opinion. Anyhoo, I'll step down from my soap box and thank you for listening.:)

I love Facebook, i'm in Adelaide and it keeps me in touch with my daughter in Perth and my family in England, not to mention the personal friends I had in Perth when I lived there, and the many dozens of friends from all over the world I have on there. I speak to each and everyone of them.

I met an amazing person on Facebook in 2015, he was a friend of my partners and him and I became very close friends also.
I now have him on Whatsapp and we can chat for hours about anything and nothing, I wouldn't have him if it weren't for Facebook.
It's my lifeline to the outside world, I can't go out often due to disabilities so having that is like I have a "real life".
In my opinion!
