I don't think it can be this. I checked that out and in all the lyrics I searched, it is always spelt SNAGGER - the inexpert, rough or apprentice shearer. Would be interested if and where you found it spelt as SNAGGA. HOr in the words of the song "Click Go The Shears" "and curses the old snagga with the bare belly yo"
